Deposit: 25% or first week, whichever is greater except during holiday periods when the entire amount must be paid in advance. The full amount is due on arrival. Checks accepted for deposits only must clear prior to arrival.

Payment: Cash or Traveler's checks in U.S. funds. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover accepted.

Refunds: Prior to original scheduled date are subject to rental of your accommodation for the period remaining in your original scheduled departure. Cancellation prior to arrival requires three weeks written notice for full refund less $10 administration fee.
